Our home is located just two miles from Bethel Church's main campus, across from Simpson and in walking distance to Redding's beautiful walking trails at Lema Ranch. Queen sized bed and private bathroom that has been recently updated with fresh paint, flooring and modern decor. Lots of natural light with a view of the in-ground pool and park like back yard. Our goal is to make your Airbnb stay peaceful as we give you the freedom and privacy to relax in an extra clean and safe environment.

Boendet
We want your space to be stress free. We will have our space, and you will have yours. The layout of our home is clear, so you won't have to guess which part of the house is ours and which is yours. This space is quaint and cozy and was created for comfort with a touch of Paris decor. As your host, we will make every effort to respond to your needs and questions promptly. We have also taken extra precautions to make sure everything is thoroughly disinfected before and after each guest.

Gästers tillgång
The rental is just a bedroom and bathroom rental, but you are welcome to use and enjoy the pool and backyard. There is a private entrance through the garage.

Andra saker att notera
Parking: Park in the Cul-du-sac along the curb where there is plenty of parking. Please refrain from parking in the two short spaces on each side of the driveway in front of the house. The best place to park is on the street in front of the house just before ours, where there is a long section of curb.

Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am.

We do have a cat Lucy who’s the most lovable cat, but she does not go into the Airbnb rooms, and we have hard flooring which also cuts down on dander. Lucy is famous on Airbnb and has been written about in over 100 reviews because of how sociable she is. ;)
