My stay with the Blanchards was remarkable! Didier and Josette have created a delightful ambience, and in addition to the lovely, clean and well-appointed rooms, they offer a "table d'hôte" (a lovely, and sadly increasingly more rare tradition in France where the owners of the inn offer dinner to their guests for an extra charge, in this case a gourmet meal with 4 or 5 courses plus aperitif and wine for about 20 Euros-- so worth it!) Each night, a different cast of characters, depending on who is staying there, but all around a big, communal table, with lots of fun conversation. I speak French, and I'm not sure whether the Blanchards speak much or any English, but don't let that stop you from staying here-- you will work it out and be glad you did!
