hello , im reza managing 2 legal apartments with legal license. i use air bb website to sell the rooms . here is not my home in total 7 rooms in 2 floors , 1 apartment in 4 floor included 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms 1 with shower 1 without and 1 apartment in ground floor with 3 rooms and 1 bathroom .i live in the same biulding not in the same flat, my apartments all rooms are private and bathrooms are in the share, i clean once time per day in the morning , who book here should knows how works share the bathroom ,we dont have kitchen , but microwave , kettle , fridge, caffe machine we have. room dont have aircondition just fan. in the winter heating works from evening with some small stop diuring night until morning. shampoo not included breakfast not included. i try to keep clean and hope my guest they do too, who stay more than 4 nights we change the sheets and towels again.its important to let me know arrival time. to exchange the key should text or call me . i dont live here i dont have reception. . in arrival time guest has to to pay city tax per person per night 3.50 in cash please. please make sure you are ok with share the bathroom. from termini just 4 min walk to here. from the airports you can take bus ,train to termini. dont use soup hand in shower please. after shower respect other guest keep clean and flash well wather to not make smell please. i clean every morning and guest has to help me to keep clean too. remember each reservation book only one room .
