Located in Kitchener, close to shopping, buses restaurants, 5 min. to 401 and close to expressway. Feel at home in our guest apartment with full kitchen 3 piece bath and king size bed and a beautiful living room to enjoy with a 55 inch tv if you would like to relax..There is also a cross cycle for those who like to exercise. There is also a soft robe to relax in. This is not a basement apt. Nice and bright lots of big windows.
Note this apt requires guest to go up flight of outdoor stairs.

You have your own private entrance so you can come and go whenever you like. There is your own private balcony to enjoy in the warmer weather.
I like to give my guests there privacy. I live in another part of the house so I am available if there is anything you need.
