Charming, private self contained studio nestled in our gorgeous garden perfect for couples. Ideally located on the edge of town, close to highly regarded vineyards and restaurants and Orange’s renowned golf courses and scenic spots. The north facing studio with en-suite, well equipped kitchenette, off street parking and private sunny patio offers the perfect base to explore the city and surrounding region. A tennis court is also available for those who fancy a game.

Boendet
Situated on the western side of Orange near Duntryleague and Wentworth Golf Clubs. Easy access to Lake Canobolas and the wineries and orchards of Nashdale and Borenore. We are 6 minutes by car or a nice walk to the centre of Orange. The studio is 30 metres from the main house separated by hedges, allowing for privacy. We enjoyed staying in the studio for 4 months while we were renovating our home.

We are set amongst an acre of established garden, which guests can enjoy along with the tennis court.
