When you get a five star rating from every single one of your guests but this person that says something about them, not you. I understand that it is hard for some people like Chrysa to comprehend that Airbnb is a place where you need to act like you are a guest in someone’s home and not an expensive hotel, but this stuff written here, is just vengeful. That means that if you need more than one toilet roll a day, or more kitchen towels, you just have to buy them. Otherwise, with the price that Chrysa booked the “fake – feeling” apartment we would have to sponsor her instead of her paying us. Refusing therefore to pay for services you demand is unreasonable. Finally the confusing thing about this rant is that when she was told very politely that she would have to pay if she needed additional services, she seemed to understand it completely. I guess that the rudeness was saved for here, not when she was asking for an early check-in.
