I am very disappointed to see you were my first guest with not a 5-star review. Clearly your expectations were not met. I noticed you had some misunderstandings about matters that I have described in the presentation of my place (for example that I do offer complimentary coffee or tea in the morning without any extra fee, not a breakfast - that I have written out clearly), so maybe you should have read it more precisely before booking. I am surprised and somewhat disappointed that you told me face to face that everything was fine, but complain afterwards without me having any chance to correct things. You arrived earlier than I asked, so it is not fair to make any complaints regarding the waiting time before check-in.
Anyway, your expectations were not met, sorry for that. But as said, you were the first one to give such a negative review so far, so I imagine people may have different expectations. Perhaps shared apartment is not a perfect form for your needs.
