Please come and enjoy this bright very clean, private self contained 1 bedroom suite. It has a well lit private entrance and is completely furnished and ready for your stay. Relax and enjoy the hot tub and take in the beautiful back yard oasis.

Boendet
Our guest suite is fully above ground, spacious and bright. It is fully supplied with most everything you would need for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking and food preparation necessities. Pots, pans ect. Fridge,stove,microwave,dishwasher,kureg coffee maker and kettle.
We will supply a starter supply of coffee, tea, cream, sugar, bottled water and a welcome "snack" :) Any additional requests will be considered for reimbursement.
Suite has free wifi and a 55 inch HD smart tv equipped with Roku streaming device with lots of viewing apps eg. Hulu,Amazon prime and Netflix. There is also a DVD player.
There is also a gas fireplace for your enjoyment, great for cozying up to.
Fresh clean bedding, fluffy pillows, and towels provided including dedicated fluffy hot tub towels. Blow dryer and basic toiletries are also provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The hot tub is available for your use and the back yard is private and fully fenced. We care about our neighbors and their comfort also so we please ask you respect them by keeping noise (and voices) to a minimum. Thank-you. We appreciate your understanding as we live in a very nice suburban area. The back patio outside your kitchen door (adjacent to the hot tub) has a very nice covered sitting area for you to enjoy also.
Our suite is perfect for couples, business travelers or solo guests.

Abbotsford is beautifully picturesque city in the country. There are countless walking/hiking trails and parks to enjoy nearby. Surrounded by rivers and lakes there is something for everyone. I will do my best to provide you with info if needed.
So weather you are here to see family or working in the area....or just for a get away we hope to see you soon.

We have lived in this home where the suite is located since 2003 (since it was built) and we love our neighborhood. We love hosting and meeting friendly people! We love the west coast and all it has to offer. Walking and camping in our RV are our loves. We have 3 adult children and 4 beautiful Grandchildren. A positive attitude in everything we do is our motto as a couple. We love traveling to Maui and Disneyland also. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us.

My husband and I live upstairs at the residence and are available by text or phone if you need anything. We will definitely respect your privacy at all times.
If we are home when you check in please knock on the front door so we can introduce ourselves and make sure you are comfortable with everything. (Following Covid protocols at the time of check in of course) If we are not able to be there we will make arrangements that you feel comfortable with. There is a keyless entry available. Enjoy your uninterrupted stay and welcome to our home.
