We have a private retreat nestled on a water lot with a resort-style pool & spa on a 3/4 acre lot. Sunsets can be viewed from the waterside, all-glass 2nd floor, on the covered back deck, or from the elevated spa deck. Boat to any waterfront restaurant from our dock with your own boat or enjoy the short ride out to some of Florida's greatest bay and ocean fishing. A short 4 mile drive off I-95 or the FL Turnpike. Ride a bike 1- 1/2 miles on golf cart paths to the grocery or drug store.

Boendet
Our spacious kitchen is equipped with a double oven, in counter burners and dishwasher and all the fully stocked amenities you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. There are 3.5 bathroom located throughout the house equipped with basic amenities and a hair dryer in each full bath. The first floor bathroom is equipped with two sinks and two private toilet areas. You will also find a washer/dryer unit stoked with beach towels and laundry detergent for your convenience and the spacious and roomy living room that comes with a flat screen TV and comfortable couches. Open the sliders to the downstairs area that gives way to a stunning back yard oasis, equipped with a heated pool, hot tub, an inviting deck with a table, chairs, grill and fire pit. Welcome to your home away from home!

Although we welcome families with little ones, parents traveling with their children should note that our home, pool/dock area is not child proofed. We ask that each guest keep a very close eye on children at all times in the house and around the pool and dock areas.
