Our newly renovated studio apartment is close to the city center, only 10 minutes walk . Its close to restaurants and nightlife. Public transport are just outside. There is a football pitch 100 m away. The shoping center, SMS, is 7 minutes away. Harbour area is also just a short walk away.
You will love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Its a quiet end road area with no trafic outside.
Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our house is at a the end of a stop road, so its very quiet and calm around here, even there is a primary school near by. Minimum of trafic and safe for children to play outside at the football field near by.
