Vegetarian for 20 odd year - now proudly Vegan. I used to do a lot of Cooking before my son left for Uni in London - and still cook most days - so my kitchen has been a 'working kitchen' and not a show-kitchen. I'm Political. World Animal Rights/Welfare. Non-smoking. Environmental. Very al-fresco living at the front, at the back, on the terrace , round the fire. Solar garden lighting. Our garden outside is as important as our home inside. Please try to take time to stroll around and see. We have nearly 2 acres of woodland. We put a Lot of work into the garden and the woodland, not least weeks of sweeping up leaves every day. We do all this hard work for our guests' experience and we give access to most of the house - not just a room. A Life Motto would be - 'make your life useful and worthwhile before you Leave'. Our guests have been Open to experiencing vegan food and have loved it. The Simple things in Life are Most Important.
