I am a clean, easygoing, and friendly person that have been living in Kadıköy for 3 years. Although I don't have strict rules, I try to keep our place as clean as possible, so I expect the same from my guests. I practice open communication in my life, I believe I can talk through for the needs and sensibilities of my guests. :)

The flat has 2+1 rooms.
The room is big enough to spend some time either to work, study, or just to hang out in quiet. It is especially nice during the afternoon with some sunshine coming in through the window.
You can also use the table in the living room to study/work, that is what I'll be doing during the daytime anyways. I'll be working at home, but we have another table in our bedroom. Sometimes I could be there, we can make an arrangement on that. :)
