Enjoy beautiful Lake Ouachita and the Ouachita mountains. Take a day trip to Hot Springs to visit Oaklawn and HS Historic District just a 45 min drive. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath (1400 sq ft) house on 1.5 acres offers plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy country living. We have 3 queen beds to accommodate 6 guests! . You will discover many trails for hiking and biking along the shores of Lake Ouachita and National Forrest. Come and float the Caddo or Ouachita rivers.

Boendet
Beautiful Lake Ouachita is just 10 minutes away with easy boat access at Hwy 27 Fishing Village and we offer ample room for you to park your boat and trailer while vacationing here. If you enjoy kayaking or canoeing you can bring your own, or there are numerous canoe rental outfitters on the Ouachita River or at Glenwood on the Caddo River. For those of you who like to hike or mountain bike, the Ouachita Mountains offer miles of hiking and biking trails for your enjoyment. Mila's Place is a 45 minute drive from Historic Hot Springs. There you can enjoy Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, Historic Bath House Row, Magic Springs, Mid America Musuem, and Garvin Woodland Gardens, just to name a few.

Note: Mila's Place is in the country where you can get away from it all This includes cell phones. There is LIMITED/SPOTTY cell phone access with AT&T at our location.

I am a wife, mother and GiGi to the loves of my life! ;) My husband grew up in Mount Ida and this area has his heart and soul. Our 3 kids have so many great memories coming to this area to hunt, fish and camp at the lake. It has been our dream to move back here and retire. Finally our dream is a reality! We love the slow pace and beauty of Mount Ida. It is our hope that you will too!!
