Single room, only a ten minute walk to the city hospital. City centre 10 minute drive away. Bus stops very close by.
Happy to interact with guests but also happy for you to have your own space.

Boendet
I have a quiet house, I live with a housemate a friend of mine and I have a dog a shih tzu who is very friendly, so you would need to be dog friendly please! She will not go into the room you are staying in.

It is free parking but please note I do not have a private parking space but there is a parking area.

I provide a tea tray & a kettle in your room and a light breakfast, a porridge oat pot/biscuit.

Towels and bedding are included.

Regarding use of my kitchen due to covid 19 you are welcome to only use the microwave.

I also currently work my office job from home.

Please note check in is after 4pm and checkout is before 10am, please message me with your time of arrival.

Please note this is a non smoking house.
