Enjoy the quiet serenity of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in The Tiburon, located off 139th street bayside. This is a first-floor unit overlooking the courtyard with a large open deck. Enjoy the private tennis courts and pool! Walk 5 blocks to Coastal Highway and the beach, or take a quick drive into Delaware.

Boendet
You must bring your own towels and linens. There is a washer/dryer on the grounds if you need to use one. Please, no parties, loud music, or large groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, utensils, pans, coffee maker, etc. There are two parking lots near the unit, with plenty of street parking as well (all first come, first serve).

Tucked away in the neighborhood of Caine Woods, so it offers a nice quiet retreat. Very close to Delaware, my family's favorite breakfast spot is Jimmy's Kitchen. Lost Treasure Mini Golf within walking distance.
