We are located at the DK Tulum Complex in Tulum's new neighborhood of La Veleta. This condo complex features a facade that incorporates mature trees and blends in with the lush jungle surroundings to create a rustic appearance. The surroundings has a variety of other custom touches, including spacious terraces and natural resin chukum finishes that are characteristic of the Riviera Maya region of Mexico.

As this is a new complex, the surrounding neighborhood is still developing. The last stretch of public road to the complex is still unpaved and public light is limited in some parts.

We’re located 5 minutes away (by Car) from the nearest convenience store (oxxo) , 15 minutes away from the main public beach and 6 minutes away from Tulum Downtown.
