"Chateau Relaxo Deux" is a pool view condo located on the top floor that has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Atlantic Beach. The unit is located in the sound side community of Bogue Shores Suites. With convenient ocean access directly across the street and the Inter-coastal Waterway in the complex's backyard, this condo will not disappoint. Days can be spent beach side fishing, reading, and building sandcastles or at the community pool which is one of the largest on the island.

Boendet
The condo's remodeled bathroom has been enlarged to include a stand up shower with full size vanity/sink and a linen closet. Brand new chaise lounge couch and full sized dinette in the living area make this suite feel like home. It also features a new memory foam queen mattress and is equipped with a brand new 50 inch Smart TV, two burner stove, toaster oven, blender, and full sized dinette.

Enjoy a night out at delicious seafood restaurants and visit local shops. Many attractions await in Atlantic Beach and the surrounding areas. We welcome you and look forward to your next visit.

**Boaters can purchase a HOA weekly pass for $150 that allows them access to park their boat/trailer at the complex, use the boat ramp, and access to an assigned boat slip for the week. Additional details provided in the Rental Agreement.

***No renters will be able to use the boat ramp or boat slips during the following blackout dates. Blackout dates are as follows: July 4th week (Sat-Sat). Memorial Day Week (Sat-Sat) Labor Day week (Sat-Sat). Seafood festival week (Sat-Sat) Big Rock week (Sat-Sat)"
