The property sleeps a Maximum for 4 guests, any additional guests will be asked to leave

a $100 cleaning fee may be applied if the property is left is a less then satisfactory matter. eg. All rubbish in bins emptied, apartment left clean and tidy, dishes in diswasher etc. Please also report any breakages or damages.

Failure to abide by these rule may result in eviction and loss of tariff. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
