This condo is part of a brand-new development that is safe, secure, and serene. When you step outside you are surrounded by the natural beauty that is Livingston, with a lovely view to the foothills of the Absaroka and Bridger Mountains. The Yellowstone River is only a few minutes away, perfect for fishing, floating, or simply taking in view. It's only a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive into town, so you can shop local boutiques, grab a bite to eat, or enjoy a drink at one of the breweries and bars downtown. Sacajawea Park is a great place for a walk along the river. The park also offers a play structure for kids as well as picnic tables, horse shoes or a game of tennis. The lagoon is a great hangout for geese and ducks.
