Basic, good value pad in the highly regarded town of Falmouth. The property provides ideal accommodation for contractors and those coming to the town for work purposes, or for large families or groups of friends looking for a budget alternative to a hotel. Situated in a former council estate, it's just a 5 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. It fronts directly on to Dracaena Park, with open fields and outdoor gym equipment, and is a 5 minute walk from Falmouth Marina.

Boendet
Greenview is a great option for larger groups looking for good value accommodation. It is a 4 bedroomed house that can accommodate 8 guests in a variety of configurations. It has one bathroom with bath/shower over, a downstairs cloakroom consisting of toilet and hand basin, plus a small shower in the ground floor bedroom. Parking is on street at the rear of the property. There are no parking restrictions on the crescent, and availability of spaces is good.
You enter the house down some steps through the rear garden, which lead you into a small rear hallway. The kitchen/diner is accessed from this hall, as is the cloakroom and ground floor bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, clothes hanging rail and drawers, and has a small shower in the corner. The cloakroom leading off comprises a toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen/diner is well-equipped, and seats 6 at the dining table, and a further 2 at the breakfast bar.
Another hallway leads off the kitchen/diner, with the front door opening straight onto the open land of Dracaena Park in front of the house.
The lounge is also located on the ground floor, and looks out over the park. It has a comfortable double sofa bed, plus a 'day bed' which breaks down into two stacking low single beds. Whilst the property is only suitable for a maximum of 8 guests due to the number of bathrooms, this bed configuration does mean that 8 guests can all sleep in separate beds, albeit sharing rooms, if this suits better.
The staircase leads up to 3 further bedrooms plus the family bathroom on the first floor.
The rear bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with bedside drawers either side, a clothes hanging rail and a chest of drawers.
The two remaining bedrooms are both situated at the front of the house overlooking the park.
There is a large triple room with built in wardrobe with mirrored doors, furnished with bunk beds and a single divan, plus a further cosy front bedroom with a built in single bed, wardrobe, drawers and a chair.
The basic bathroom provides a bath with shower over, toilet and a pedestal sink.

Greenview is located in a quiet residential area in the north of Falmouth, on the edge of a former council estate just a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town. It is close to Falmouth Marina, just over a 5 minute walk north, which offers marina views, drinks and a great menu at Falmouth's hidden gem, the UpperDeck bar and restaurant. A 10-15 minute walk in the opposite direction will take you straight to the heart of central Falmouth, with a fabulous selection of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, independent shops, galleries, and a busy cultural programme of events throughout the year.
