*No smoking indoors
*Respect the neighbors
*No loud music after 10.00pm
*Only 2 persons (baby along? yes! )
*Check in times and check out times they need to be consider. Due to the fact we are pretty occupied all the time when checking out if we are not nice about times the next guest gets affected and it's kind of unfair for the next people.
At the same time check in times need to be observed too, I can't rush people out to let the next people in...... That's why when possible we allow early checkins and late checkouts but not all always can be possible and I hope guests understand that.
*It's very important to know that when breaking things by accident it's ok because accidents happen but guests should consider let me know as soon it happens so can be take care right away. Not leave it broke for the next guests......
