1. Tricky information : I booked this house in May and used “Entire house” filter. So my reservation type is “Entire house” on receipt. However, a day before I arrived this house I find this house is a “guest house and private room in a guest house”. Host never notice me before she changed the house type. I just leave the house the checkin day and stayed hotel.
I made a protest by messages, host said “this is not a hotel, I live in this house. There are two private rooms and toilet on second floor, what is the problem? I can’t understand you”.
I responded “I didn’t booked private rooms in a guest house, you changed it one-sidely. You should have to notice before you changed. ” After that, no response from host and no refund.
2. No communication : I sent a message before I booked, host just accepted my booking. And the day of checkin, no giving direction of checkin. Before protesting for one-side changed booking, no answer.
3. For guest house and private room? : it will be okay, but you need to bring your luggage because there is no key for locking your room. It’s far from city center. 35min by a car.
4. Clean ? : yes, I think it was clean guest house.
5. Why host doesn’t have profile photo? We need to upload profile photo to use this app.
I don’t recommend this house because of communication.
