The 3 room apartment and porch overlook the Ashkelon Marina and is 100m from the sea front. Enjoy the view from the apartment, visit the beaches, marina, cafes and parks in the ancient port city.
The three room apartment is approached by marble walkways surrounded by gardens. It is situated on the ground floor and has a porch and side garden. A private underground parking spot is reserved on floor -3 and from there the apartment is wheelchair accessible – taking the elevator to floor 0 (Marked with Hebrew letter "Kuf").
The beach-front apartment boasts a full glass wall view of the Ashkelon marina; it is 60 m2 in size and includes a central living-room/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bath and shower. The larger bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. The smaller bedroom has a single bed, a closet and small table. (The apartment sleeps three only if two of the guests are willing to share the double bed.) The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs; the living room has a couch and lounge chair, and the porch has a large picnic table with 8 chairs.
We provide linens, towels and basic kitchen amenities (dishes, pots, cutlery, a tea kettle, a two ring stove, microwave oven as well as salt, sugar, coffee, garbage-bags, dish-washing soap etc.). The bathroom contains towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper.
Our neighbor, who will usually be the one to greet you when you arrive, would be happy to help you in any way. She also offers an extra service of preparing you breakfast if you choose. (She will tell you her prices.)
She can also take you out surfing - speak to her about it if you're interested.
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy.
Just outside the lobby area, between the apartment and the marina is a beautiful garden and park with a playground for children. The wide walkway here leads you to the beach, the boardwalk including a suite of exercise machines.

We're close to the sea-front cafes so you may hear their music in the summer time and it can go on quite late sometimes. However, I find that you can shut it all out if you want to by closing the porch windows. (We normally leave the porch doors open all day because it brings the sea breeze right into our living room)
You are welcome to check in after 2:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. Please let us know your travel plans in the initial request and we'll try to accommodate your timing as best we can.
Please turn off the air conditioner when you are not in the apartment or when the windows are open.
I'm sorry, but we do not allow pets.
We do not allow smoking anywhere in the apartment, porch or side-garden.
Please, no parties. Please do not play music so loud that it disturbs the neighbors.
At the end of your stay please clean up, take out all garbage, clean fridge and surfaces and leave the place neat. There is no need to wash the floor - that is what the cleaning fee is for.
I live in Beit Shemesh, Israel. I spend a good deal of time in my beachfront apartment in Ashkelon. My work is highly creative and there is nothing like the creativity that I can achieve in my beautiful apartment looking at the sea - whether the sun is shining or a dramatic storm is in full progress. I am a high-tech inventor.
