We have 4 security cameras. One in the garage, one in the dirty kitchen,
one in the living area, and one by the pool. We turned off the cameras in the living area and the pool area once the guests are checked in for privacy. We leave the outdoor cameras on for security.
Toilet papers are provided if you request. We use to provide it but majority of our guests asked for bidet so we installed bidet.
Towels are provided for guests staying 3 or more days, but if you forget to bring your own, we can provide, just ask Ellen.
There is a fresh water dispenser in the kitchen that has both hot (red button) for coffee/tea and cold (blue button) for drinking.
As for houserules, yes, no one likes too many. We started out with one rule: “Treat the house as it were your own”. Unfortunately through the years we’ve had some problems with guests that required us to add more rules, which are all written on the listing and guests know ahead of time before booking.
The rest of the issues are taken care of as well (pool/bed linens/kitchen utensils)
