My house has a former basement apartment with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. NOTE: There is no kitchen, only a mini-fridge, microwave and a small table with four chairs. Located in the east end of St. John's, close to the Trans-Canada, bus stop, and airport.
Minutes from St. John's International Airport (YYT). 24/7 check-in. Two bedrooms available. One bedroom has a double bed (note: previous air mattress bed has been replaced with a brand new double bed); a second bedroom has a twin bed. You would have your own entrance and a complete bathroom with towels, soap, and body wash. A locked door separates the main house space with the apartment space. NOTE: There is no kitchen. There is a mini-fridge with a variety of drinks I supply and a microwave. Coffee brewer is available on request. There is also a 42" TV but no cable. Guests have plugged in their mobile devices with their HDTV adapters. I have a Samsung adapter you can borrow for your Samsung device (not all Samsung devices support it). There is a BowFlex available and you're welcome to use it if you know how it works. Located close to the Trans-Canada, bus stop, airport and many stores/restaurants. Off-street parking. Approx $20 cab ride to downtown/George Street.
You'll have your own ground-level access. I can accommodate arrivals anytime day or night. The lock is keyless. I provide you with a number code in advance to unlock the door. Guests arriving on late flights find this super convenient.

My space is not really for long-term stay, perhaps 1-3 nights given there is no kitchen or living space w/ couch etc. I am open to discuss your needs. Wifi available.
Behave normally. I live alone but appreciate no noise after 11pm on weeknights.
I will continue to be at the house during your visit. I currently store food and have a gym in the apartment space. I typically only go in there early in the evenings but can accommodate your privacy.
I am a born and bred Newfoundlander. I live on my own in my house that has a lot of extra space. So I figured I make use of it and become an AirBNB host. I have to say I really enjoy it, especially meeting people from different places. I also enjoy giving touring tips to my visitors so they can make the most of their stay in St. John's and Newfoundland. Hope to see you soon!
