Ameedah and her group booked a villa and did not rent a house which seem to be what they wanted. She was informed weeks before her one night arrival that a housekeeper and a grounds keeper would be on the property but in their separate living area which was exactly the situation.
Ameedah mentioned that windows and blinds did not allow for good air throughout the house, windows and doors will have to remain close because our villa is fully air conditioned.
Ameedah pointed out that the grounds keeper kept popping up which was not the case, the only time the grounds keeper ever came in contact with her or her group was when they asked him to get a taxi for them which he readily did.
She said the housekeeper had an attitude which was not so , Ameedah and her group did not want the housekeeper to be seen anywhere around the villa and even asked her to give them the keys to our linning closet, the housekeeper gave them all the towels and linning needed and went to her living area, she even gave them her cellular number to contact her if they needed anything more, please be reminded they only stayed one night.
Ameedah also mentioned that there was a strong odour coming from the bathroom and that they had problems with hot water showering and bugs in the kitchen; our certified pest control team visit our property once every two weeks and spray both inside and outside the premises. At no time was the housekeeper shown any bugs or was told about problems with odour or water from the bathroom. When the housekeeper enquired why the breakfast was cancelled she was told they came in late , woke up late and did not have time for breakfast.
