In the heart of beautiful Belgrade Lakes Village lies a wonderful opportunity to vacation in one of the most unique granite homes in the area. The Chandler House (1838) is registered as a historic building and remains in excellent condition. Enjoy the thriving atmosphere of downtown, walk to restaurants, ride the mailboat, play golf... everything is at your fingertips. (Chandler House is right across the street from The Village Inn, and a quick walk to Day's Store, Hello Good Pie Bakery, and the Sunset Grille. )The home faces west for lovely sun drenched afternoons. The back yard is private and offers a dock along with over 85' of useful frontage on Long Pond. Go swimming, go boating, go fishing . The home offers a fully equipped kitchen (w/dishwasher), washer/dryer and BBQ grill. All bedrooms are located on the second floor with the master bedroom featuring a great view of the lake. Lots of space--Plenty of room to relax. A canoe and kayaks are available for your use, or feel free to bring your own. High Speed internet and cable T.V.
