The apartment is a large modern comfortable upstairs apartment with an undercover balcony, spacious bedroom with queen bed,walk through robe, and ensuite. The kitchen has both steam and fan forced ovens,microwave,gas cook top and a range of appliances. The spacious open plan living/ dining area includes a Flat screen TV, DVD player,Free wifi, books and games .
The property is 100 metres to shops,restaurants and cafes and is conveniently situated on busy Point Nepean Road directly across the road from the beach, in a residential area.Although there are no beach views the apartment looks across the road to the treed foreshore.
The apartment has double glazed doors and windows for noise reduction from busy Point Nepean Road and temperature control along with cental heating and cooling and a gas log fire.
There are no laundry facilities on the property however there is a new laundry 100 metres away in the McCrae plaza.
There are 2 apartments in this building and we live in the townhouse next door on the same property. Both apartments have separate secure entrances but share the garage, driveway and front gate.
There is beach equipment ,chairs shelter etc for use.
This apartment is not suitable for babies or children.Brides and Grooms are welcome to stay After the wedding but not for pre wedding preparations.
Access to the upstairs apartment and balcony via two private entrances There is undercover car parking for 1 car per apartment in a locked garage shared with the downstairs apartment. The couples apartment guests can use the outdoor shower after a day at the beach to wash the sand off.

We respect peoples privacy and therefore interact with guests at their request. We live next door and are available to promptly attend to guest requests as needed and will greet you and show you around if we are home when you arrive.

This smoke free inside and outside apartment is upstairs and there is another apartment for families downstairs which is rented separately.Both apartments have separate entrances and secure separate key entry. The couples apartment has access to undercover parking for 1 car in a shared locked garage .The downstairs apartment guests also share this garage.
please do not ask for early check ins or late check outs as we cannot vary the times due to booking and cleaning schedules.
The driveway access is shared there is a remote controlled electric gate for added security. The property has CTV cameras at the gates for security.
There are no laundry facilities in this apartment but there is a Laundromat just a few minutes walk at the McCrae plaza.
Initial welcome supply of milk, tea, coffee, and biscuits cereal and quality toiletries are provided. linen and towels are provided. Please BYO beach towels.
Beach equipment including chairs,sunshade small esky are available for use.
An extra complimentary supply of towels and linen will be provided for guests staying for 7 nights or longer .Additional cleaning for longer staying guests can be provided for fee $60 or you can DIY.
The apartment is on busy Point Nepean Road and across the road is the bay beach just a short walk through the foreshore. The road can be noisy and very busy during summer.
We ask guests to not wear shoes upstairs as noise can be an issue for downstairs guests and shoes can scratch the wooden floors.
Please be aware noise travels between floors so keep music and TVs at a reasonable low level.
Please note brides and Groom are welcome to stay AFTER their wedding but not for pre wedding preparations.

Parking in the garage is shared with the downstairs apartment so please park as far as possible to one side of the garage.
*Please remove shoes before going up the stairs to the apartment as shoes scratch the floor and the noise of walking can be heard by downstairs guests.
Please do not alter TV settings or a technician fee will be charged.
Do not switch off the modem.
Do not put the gas log fire onto high or high fan as it will overheat.
Return keys to key safe marked B on leaving
Lost or damaged keys will be charged at full replacement cost.
