Cindy seemed to be very pleasant and really did seem to enjoy her stay at our Beautiful villa. They checked in, looked through the Villa, checked the car and agree to all terms and conditions all in good faith.
Unfortunately some things do happen and they slightly damaged the car, a small scratch of about 2 to 3 cm to the bumper.
All our cars are new ( about 2 weeks old) and are all fully insured for any driver with a full driving license from their home country. The insurance has an excess of 10,000 baht about £200. The damage to the vehicle was 2500 Baht, about £50 to repair. We’ve have given free cars with all our villas for the last two and half years with no trouble from our fantastic guests before. Unfortunately Cindy thinks we are trying to scam her out of her money for the damage to the car that she has done. We are really disappointed in being called scammers for something we try to give customers the very best of with minimal fuss. I’ll feel being called scammers is very incriminating and would’ve surely been mentioned by our many many satisfied customers before now if this was the case.
Please please read all the reviews form before to get An informed over view. I’m really sorry I have to make a reply in this manna to what should have been a holiday of a lifetime for Cindy and for me to Defend myself from accusations of being a scammer.
