Meng’s group had many questions that were all addressed precisely and specifically in the listing description. There were four different instances where Meng and her family needed assistance and all of that information was clearly communicated in writing, in advance- one the listing and in their check in information on the website. This includes the information that I have the right and responsibility, but not necessarily the obligation to enter the home and check status and assist the guest stay. I cannot tell you how many times guests have made errors in housekeeping that would have led to much greater disaster that I was able to prevent with my supervision.
The ants in the home are a factor of heat and water. The hotter the weather becomes, the more thirsty the ants. If there is excessive and untidy use of water, (especially in the bathroom), the ants tend to to come out in large numbers.
The size of the home is stated in the listing, 1.000sq. Feet. That’s it.
Again, the client will receive exactly what is described on the listing.
I’m sorry the comprehension of the written English words led to misunderstandings. I do not speak or write Mandarin, and have had many, many, families from Asia who have loved my place. I am sorry the experience did not match to Meng’s expectation. I did not become Superhost accidentally.
