In all fairness, the issues that Sara speaks of could have been remedied if she called me.
She called me once at 7:00am Saturday morning to let me know that she blew a fuse. I sent maintenance and the fuse issue was taken care of.
After Sara checked out and as soon as I received Sara's review, I had maintenance check the temperature of the pool and it was at 82 degrees - it was not too cold. If Sara contacted me during her stay, I would have sent the pool man over to adjust the temperature to her liking. In the front hall closet, there is an extra table and 4 chairs. This is listed under my amenities on the website. If Sara called me, I would have told her about the table and chairs as well. I also told her she would have to bring her own hand towels if she decided not to rent from linen service. There are plenty of plates and utensils - you have to wash them when you are done for the next meal. I will add more pot holders - there are two at the house.
I wish Sara communicated with me and/or read the information page that I attached to here lease - she wouldn't had any issues. Also, if she communicated via telephone, text or email - I would have addressed any questions or comments she had during her stay not after.
