Hi Myriam, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. As I called to let you know, the hot tub broke down the day before you arrived , we immediately called a repair person and the repair man told us the morning of your arrival that we must turn the hot tub off as otherwise we risk users getting an electric shock. Unfortunately these things happen. We had to order a replacement part and had the hot tub fixed a few days later. I do understand that this is disappointing. As for the hot water, I really wish you called us immediately to let us know that you are having an issue. Once you called, we explained what you needed to do (click a switch), so the problem was fixed quickly. The house has new towels and clean sheets. The house is professionally cleaned between visits and has always received very positive reviews for house cleanliness. Before you departed, you complained about following the house rules and leaving a clean house after you. You left the water hose running outside. Again sorry that the hot tub wasn't working, this was obviously disappointing and effected your whole experience.
