Sited at the end of a lane Pepper Pot Cottage is the middle section of a Grade II listed building in a beautiful quiet area of the South Downs National Park. On the ground floor it has a good sized living room with an open fire, fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom with downstairs loo and a twin bedroom. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other twin, and a bathroom with bath shower loo and basin. The garden is south facing with a patio, garden table and barbecue for eating out. There is a shop/ tea room and a pub 70 yards away and a community tennis court and recreation ground in the village.
You can use the whole cottage. On booking we will send you details of how to get to the cottage and the code to the key lock so you can get in.

Night storage heating with 2 hour afternoon top up to keep you warm in the evenings.
Please no smoking and no wine in bedrooms. Dogs welcome £25 per dog max 2 - please advise number of dogs when booking and arrange payment with owner. Sorry no cats.
