30 Crovie.

Crovie sits at the bottom of a cliff on the Moray Firth coast, and is one of the best preserved fishing villages in Scotland. No.30 sits midway along the village overlooking the pier and the sea. Comfortable living room with box bed for lazy reading, open fire for cozy evenings and extendable dining table for meals overlooking the sea. The well equipped kitchen also has a breakfast table. The cottage it is nestled rests at the foot of grass-covered cliffs with the sea just yards away in the village of Pennan, made famous by the film Local Hero. The cottage is situated in a small ancient quiet Fishing Village, 50 yards from the harbour and is only a few minutes from Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire,. Recently refurbished and extended to a high standard, it's an old fishermans cottage, which has been totally renovated, with modern interior. The Royal Burgh of Rosehearty is situated 4 miles west of Fraserburgh, with a population of approx 1300.

This is one of our 2 garden apartments at Castleview in the coastal town of Banff. We are situated on the north east 250 route in an ideal situation for exploring. This space is not shared you have the whole apartment. A fully functioning kitchen opens onto a lounge/ bedroom and shower room. There is a beautiful cottage garden and private parking.
