The Coop

I'm just a small farm girl who grew up within a farming area in southeastern New Mexico. As I was a child, I was intrigued with baby chicks. My grandfather built a coop, and they became full grown Chickens and Roosters. My love for Chickens and Roosters enhanced with their colors and character. They were my friends. Soon after, I began to sell eggs to nearby neighbors to have spending money for school. My love for chickens and roosters is beyond measure. So I've named my house "The Coop"

Our beautiful seasonally decorated, owner operated, farmhouse is located in the country, but you are less than 5 minutes from main street, mid-town Roswell. Our BnB is quality, quiet, and convenient. We have endeavored to make each room of this 2,244 square foot home comfortable and accommodating for families of all sizes. Its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, dining room, and large eat-in kitchen can accommodate up to 9 guests. *Washer & dryer are unavailable at this time.

Welcome to this beautiful 500 sq ft new construction modern home 5 minutes from the airport/air races, 5 minutes to downtown and 2 minutes to the fairgrounds. Very clean, affordable, all gold fixtures, quartzite countertops, 2 smart tvs, free wi-fi, heating and cooling mini splits, all essentials, peaceful, cozy and comfortable with a sofa bed in the living room. Also has an empty lot to park a semi trailer if needed and a big yard with an enclosed privacy fence and a dog run for any pets.

The historic cottage was a carriage house and has been converted into an adorable little guest house. It sits behind the Palace Airbnb it’s quiet and very private. Inside you’ll find one queen size bed, a small chair that makes into a narrow bed (child size or a very thin person), love seat, whirlpool tub, kitchenette, smart TV with Roku and excellent WiFi. Outdoors you find a fully fenced private yard with a private hot tub, barbecue grill and fire pit.
