Welcome to your dream escape! Situated on a reserve, 100m from the shores of Lake Tarawera (and a boat ramp), this location makes for the perfect holiday. Great for family fun, or a romantic getaway. This is a fabulous home right on the lake front where you will have the whole downstairs area which is self contained. This Includes your own kitchen, bathroom, lounge, deck, and two bedrooms, mins away from the Blackbarn. Initial cost is for 2 people with an additional $80/person/night thereafter

Stunning & Private Barefoot Lodge, Lake Rotoehu

Come and enjoy this totally unique native bush setting where you will truly feel a million miles from anywhere. Relax and unwind on the massive wrap-around deck offering expansive views, or enjoy some of the endless activities. Walk straight off the deck and down the steps to the wood-fired spa pool and stunning Lake Rotoehu. Swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating and bush walking are on your doorstep. The Barefoot Lodge is great for couples, families (with kids), and groups of up to 12 people.

Lake Rotoiti Lakefront - hot water creek

The hot water creek is in our bay! Wind your way through a pretty forest on the shores of Lake Rotoiti. 20 mins from Lake Rotorua. The bach is a big L shaped room with a separate bathroom. A hot pool is in the bush about a 15 minute walk away. Kayak to the hot water stream in the corner of the bay. Grab a water taxi up to the Lake Rotoiti Hotpools (only accessible by boat. Lovely for swimming. Bike and walk in the forest. Note- TV does not get reception ( there are a range of DVDs onsite).
