Check all three buildings with us - COTTAGE sleeps up to 14, SLEEPOUT up to 4, CABIN up to 6. From the steaming spa pool (hot tub) and massive party BBQ, to farm-animal feeding, we have a totally unique space for you to relax in privacy and enjoy your gathering. We have safe offstreet parking, provide all bedding and linen, and allow some pets and socializing within reason.

Springfield Golf Stay Rotorua

Situated in the grounds of the original 1958 Homestead which is located on the boundary of the Springfield Golf Course, you will find this cosy, secluded two bedroom cottage that has everything you need for your stay in Rotorua. Keen golfers will enjoy easy access to the Golf Course & for those who don't play golf there are plenty of other activities nearby to enjoy such as Te Puia, home of the world famous geyser Pohutu or the magnificent Redwoods where you can go walking or mountain biking.

One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together, or couples wanting time out. Dec - March & long weekends, priority will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.

The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.
