This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Enjoy FREE streaming with Freevee & Sling, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and an in-house washer/dryer. For families traveling with little ones, we also provide a highchair and Pack ’n Play for added convenience and comfort during your stay!

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

The Farmhouse @ 10 Park Place

Welcome to The Farmhouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom first floor apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV or a good book. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. All of the downtown amenities are only a short stroll away.

Approximately 10 minutes from Historic Saratoga Race Track. Take a break and unwind in this cozy retreat! Take on the morning with a cup of coffee before the races and afterward relax down by the creek to enjoy campfires and storytelling. Take advantage of this spacious kitchen to fix favorite meals, 2 cozy bedrooms that sleep 4 for a good night's rest, and a livingroom to lounge and watch your favorite shows.
