Varustus sopii hyvin pidempäänkin majoitukseen. Sänky on kahdelle ja sohvasta saa tehtyä lisävuoteen kahdelle henkilölle. Vuodesohvan leveys 140cm. Vuodesohvassa oma sijauspatja, jolloin siinäkin on mukava nukkua. Ilmoita haluatko, että vuode tehdään sohvaan valmiiksi. Autopaikka saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Linja-autoasemalle on matkaa 800 metriä ja lentoasemalle 9,5 kilometriä. Linja-auto #8 napapiirin joulupukin kylään kulkee 500 metrin päästä. Kaikki keskustan palvelut ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä. Kerrostalo on moderni ja hiljainen . Huoneistosta löytyy myös yksityinen sauna.

Njuta av din city-semester in denna snygg och ren lägenhet, vilken ligger nästan i hjärtat av Rovaniemi och alla service kan fås mycket nära. Ounasvaara ligger på den andra sidan av Kemi-älven. Kyrkan och Alvar aalto centrum med teatern och biblioteken är bara 200m borta. Närmaste mataffär är 350m borta. I detta samma hus ligger restaurant och frisör/damfrisering. Här behöver du inte bilen, men i alla fall erbjuder vi fri parkering nära huset.
