Country flat

Gezellige flatje met terras in het groen. De gehele ruimte met privé badkamer is voor de gasten, is volledig gescheiden van de rest van het huis en de flat heeft een eigen ingang. De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Bakker, supermarkt, beenhouwer, restaurants en kroeg in de buurt. Welkom in Oelegem!

Appartement is in een oude meer dan 450 jaaroud gebouw, vlakbij de kathedraal, de hotspot voor toeristen, waar werkelijk alles aan je voeten ligt. Open de ramen van de woonkamer en je voelt je in het midden van het levendige en bruisende Antwerpen. Je kan alles makkelijk te voet bezoeken. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Separate toilet. There is a large terras with table and chairs so you can eat outside as well as a lounge set to enjoy a drink in sun... Knus huisje in een rustige omgeving.

Dit klein huisje dateert van 1928 en heeft door de jaren heen vele bewoners en renovaties gekend. Toch is het huis nog volledig origineel gebleven. Er is een gezellige privétuin, waarin je kan genieten van de vogels en de rust. De tuin is niet volledig omheind. Het huisje is gelegen in een groene omgeving met vele mogelijkheden om te wandelen, fietsen of motorrijden.
