Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

We are 20 minutes from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 minutes from Athens and 5 minutes from Emmanuel College. Accommodations for adults age 21 and over. Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!

Beaverdam Creek Retreat in Dewy Rose.

Our remodeled taxidermy turned cabin has two bedrooms and one full bath. Both bedrooms have closets. We have a full kitchen. The living room has a 50'' tv with digital channels and Hulu. WIFI is excellent throughout the entire cabin. You'll have access to Beaverdam Creek by walking down the driveway. *We will allow longer stays to guests who need to stay for work trips on a case by case basis. Relaxing retreat on Lake Hartwell.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!

We felt there would be no better name for this cozy and comfortable cabin on Lake Hartwell. You will love waking up and enjoying your morning coffee on the back porch, screened-in porch, or the dock!
