The layout includes three private suites, each with a king bed and full bathroom, branching off from a spacious central living room with a dancing fire in the heart and soaring 20' cathedral ceilings. A large, modern kitchen provides a gathering place to fellowship. Each suite opens through glass doors onto expansive decks, blending indoor luxury with outdoor tranquility.

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This unforgettable getaway is nestled between a quiet city park (that has a public boat launch) and downtown, making it the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. *For those visiting Thompson Falls for the first time, please note that Thompson Falls is a train town. The train can be heard along Main St and throughout the city.

The backyard is backed up to trees and mountains with a fire pit and a small hot tub. Plenty of parking and grassy front yard.

Sit on the elevated deck and watch the ducks, geese and eagles--and sometimes beavers and otters--in the water.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
