Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods, large pond and out door firepit to toast marshmallows on… did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy We are dog friendly providing they don’t sleep on beds or chase sheep

Lane End Cottage - cosy cottage with large garden.

16th century cosy stone cottage with large private garden, includes lounge, kitchen and separate dining room. Pretty sun room ideal for morning coffees. Two bedrooms, one twin, and one king size. Shower and toilet upstairs. Bed settee is in the dining room. Will easily sleep 6 but seating is limited in the lounge. The main bath and shower room is downstairs. There is a large lawn to the front of the property with off road parking, the rear garden is private and has use of a BBQ in summer.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Rural, isolated and private, with only the sheep and goats to watch you! Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. Our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

The Lodge has been purpose built with loving care, giving warmth, rustic appearance to blend in with nature.

Woolley Lodge Farm Retreat

A brand new fully furnished wooden lodge situated within the grounds of a working farm, with views across open countryside. The cabin has been furnished to a high standard and includes a double bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has a full size fridge with small freezer, full size oven and a microwave. It has a small bathroom with a full size corner shower. It has its own entrance, parking and a beautiful decked area and fire pit outside

Shepherds Hut+Hot Tub+BBQ Hut on farm with animals

Lambing season now! You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.

Luxury Glamping Tipi with Hot Tub

Our tipis are located with views overlooking the Leicestershire countryside. Inside you'll find modern comforts such as a log burner, double bed, and power supplies. Outside is home to a hot tub, firepit, barbecue and a dedicated kitchen area! Toilets and showers are located approximately 30 metres away in the farm's brand new facilities. The best of the great indoors in the great outdoors!

Riber Camping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Quiet campsite with plenty of space and great views. Bring your own tent and bedding, but everything else provided. Available Monday to Thursday nights for a few select individual bookings and at the weekends for groups. Price includes up to 4 people inc children. Additional people on request at £8 per person, payable on arrival.
