Large and lovely private garden located in a lush green environment with a relaxing terrace. This house is very close to the downtown within walking distance or 2' to 4' by motorbike taxi (main hotels, bank, supermarket, etc.). It's close to the President's house, a very quiet and safe area.

The cottage is recently renovated and provides 2 lovely bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin. A glass front sliding door gives direct access from the sitting room to a spacy veranda with a beautiful view over the lake, islands and peninsula. The kitchen building next door faces the lake and is fully equipped. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be taken on another veranda next to the kitchen. It has the most stunning view over the lake and some of its beautiful islands.
