120 miles from Nashville, you get entire 2 acres all to yourself. Pet-friendly, professionally managed, 5 miles from Lake. Safe and secluded. No other buildings/traffic/people on property. Great wildlife/bird watching. Fenced and wooded, grassy areas; lots of deer and Eagles, turkey, and other wildlife.
You can see the rural country road, mostly farmers or residents, an occasional logging truck, a school bus. The CABIN is not 'isolated' but it isn't in town or by a main road, either. Its a country road. A few cars may drive past, but its not a freeway. I see about 5 cars a day, ten if its really busy. It isn't a vehicle heavy campsite with cars all over the place.
5 miles to boat launch on Big Sandy. 10 miles to AMAZING boat launch at Danville. The town of Big Sandy is 6 min drive; good for fuel, ice, drinks, snack, bait, water. Like the idea of camping but not the reality of it?? This is for you. No one else on the property. No rowdy partiers in the next RV spot keeping you up. Loud boat? No big deal. Stay up all night smoking cigars, no one cares! Camp Out style for the guys, but with flush toilet, shower, and awesome beds. Linens are purchased from Georgia Towels, and are same ones used by Hilton Hotels. Plush hospitality grade.
Main floor bedroom (Full) plus Loft sleeping (1 Q bed) (up the ladder) for durable adults or kids (loft is in addition to ground floor bedroom) ONLY 1 bathroom. There is a small bathroom with shower off the bedroom. This is a nicely appointed tiny home.
