Our 3 bedroom 1 bath home is large and accommodating on a corner street 1 block from TX A&M Univ - Kingsville (Go Hogs!) Enjoy easy access to historic downtown area, local hunting/fishing, beaches and shopping in Mexican border towns (2 hrs).
You will be staying in a house built on the famous King Ranch and later moved into Kingsville, TX. Hard wood floors and numerous windows that allow beautiful light into the house.
The neighborhood is located in a quiet family and student orientated area. The streets are shaded by large oak trees.
Yes, remotely. Unfortunately, the pictures on the airbnb entry are pretty much false advertising. The portions pictured are in fair to good shape but it ends there. We found the kitchen unusable from many prospectives including not adequately clean. Our plans to have our meals there were squashed. From the time we entered my wife coughed and experienced respiratory tightness that cleared partially after leaving. The toiled ran all night flushing every 4 or 5 minutes. In part due to this noise, we slept poorly the first night and then spent the rest of our time in Kingsville at a motel. Much nicer. This site might work for a group coming into town for a football game or the like and not planning to eat there.
Very convenient location, we were in town for a wedding and have 3 kids, so much easier than staying at hotel, owners are very nice and quick to communicate.
We fell in love with Elia & Jesse house. We are going to book with them every chance we get
Our home away from home!
Charming house. The host were very prompt any time we had an issue they were easily accessible. Only one issue with critters but we were given a discount for our surprise flying visitors. They were very nice and the house was very close to where we were working.
Everything was fine. The house fit our extended family well. Bonus - it was only a few blocks from Young's Pizza. Thanks!
Me and my family really enjoyed staying at Elia & Jesse they were readily available for questions and the place was just perfect to spend thanksgiving holiday. If I ever need to rent a place again I would.
Felt at home the minute I walked in the screen door of this South Texas classic. From the orange tree loaded with fruit in the front yard to the tile in the bathroom that reminded me of my grandma's it was a charmer. Huge dining room/living room begs for family entertaining, but was a great base for me and my husband. Stone's throw from campus and 3 minutes from El Tapatico, where we happened into awesome mariachi night! Owners are great communicators, and lockbox made getting in a breeze. We'll think of it as our home base in Kingsville for future!
Comfortable 3BD 2Bath house can accommodate large groups/families. Large fenced backyard perfect for pets. Located on east side of town close to restaurants and supermarkets. Golf course, parks, and Lake Alice are a short drive away!
