Ann was an amazing host. The place was spotless, spacious, and beautiful. The studio apartment is set in a gorgeous area, with amazing views, and only minutes from a local grocery store. Ann stopped by to give us an overview of where everything was located in the apartment, and was so friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay at her place again soon!

This apartment is perfect! We felt very special to be Ann and Michael's first guests and had a wonderful time in this newly remodeled space. They are so nice and welcomed us graciously, and made sure we knew how to contact them if we had any questions. The pictures really do reflect how nice this apartment is. The space was impeccably clean and they thought of everything, including beautiful fresh flowers on the table, and the modern décor had me taking notes for my own home! The property is also gorgeous and we spent most of our time exploring the trails on nearby Meyers Ranch and Maxwell Falls - both of which I'd highly recommend! You can also walk right over to a great Italian restaurant. It really felt like we were far away from city life even though it was a short drive from where we live. What a wonderful weekend - hopefully we'll be back!

This was a great place for a quiet weekend getaway! The house is in a small, spaced out neighborhood and feels very secluded, perfect for getting away from everything! I would definitely stay again!

I was visiting to go to Red Rocks and do some hiking and was pleased with how close I was to both. Byron recommended Staunton State Park which is only 15 mins drive, which had great hiking trails and scenery. The house is in a quiet wooded neighborhood but still very close to the highway. We even saw a family of deer in the backyard (as advertised in the pics)! The nearby shopping center has plenty of options and an awesome organic grocery store is about a mile away. The purple house has a cool open feel with high ceilings. The house was very clean. I really appreciated the hot tub and hammocks in the backyard. Byron kept his word and was invisible yet easy to contact by text. Definitely book this place!

This place was so nice to stay at, it was right next to the town so you could groceries and supplies you needed for the stay yet tucked away enough that it felt like it was just you on the mountain. The home was perfect I loved the simplicity and the outdoor accommodations. My family would wake up early and enjoy coffee on the front deck and would eat breakfast in the backyard it was amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here because it has everything you need for a simple getaway that you can enjoy with your family.

Boy, where do I start!? Dan's Mountain Home was the perfect getaway for our group in so many ways! The house alone was gorgeous & even better than expected. We all slept comfortably & had plenty of room even with our large group. Dan was extremely accommodating & even brought us breakfast the first morning we were there. You can easily see that he is family man with an amazing family & he treats his guests just the same. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a comfortable, cozy & homey place in Colorado!

If you're looking for a nice cabin in the woods, but also close to amenities for a great price, then this place is it! Alexis is a fantastic host. It was a short drive into Denver and it was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend, myself, and our dog. We will definitely go back!

Great place if you want to get away for a couple of days. We booked for a month but we found out the oven didn't work. Alexis made sure to work with us and she was fully cooperative.

Andy is a gracious and welcoming host! We felt totally at home in our spacious, attractive and most importantly, spotless, daylight basement room. There are views of the mountains from the room, and the property itself is like your own private park! We enjoyed sitting outside in the bucolic setting, playing with his sweet and friendly dog Poppy, playing basketball and chatting with Andy. Basic amenities are close by in Conifer, and picturesque Evergreen is a short drive away. I enjoyed hiking just around the corner at Flying J Ranch and a longer hike at Mt. Falcon, about 1/2 hour away. We will definitely be back and next time I'll bring my road bike! Thank you for your hospitality Andy!

Andy's place is absolutely gorgeous. This is the most beautiful Airbnb i've experienced so far, great views, very clean and open space, easy communication, with privacy and comfortability. The space is very spacious and private, with the entrance going straight to the driveway. Andy was very welcoming and easy going, we ended up going on a short hike before I left the next morning! I definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling through Colorado, even if its a detour from your route or destination! Thanks Andy!

Andy was incredibly communicative and gave me a heads up to things without me even asking. His place has a long driveway, so if you are inexperienced driving in winter conditions, take that into consideration during snow season! The place was perfect-incredibly comfy, spacious, and has all your basic needs. He invited us up for breakfast in the morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. His dog Poppy is so sweet! We highly recommend staying at Andy's.

I cannot say enough about Brian and Andrea's place. The views and the house itself were more beautiful than the pictures could ever be, but they were very accurate. Every window had its own beautiful view and we even saw deer hanging around the house. They messaged us before we arrived and asked what we would like as breakfast and stocked the fridge before we arrived, left toiletries we needed like toothpaste and toothbrushes, left us notes about the house and sunscreen for us to use. The house itself was very clean and modern with a well stocked kitchen, the 7 shower heads in the master bath was my absolute favorite. Brian and Andrea were very accommodating hosts and replied very quickly which was amazing. We had trouble witht the snow and they were very flexible about the check in and check out time. I would recommend anyone to stay here, we had 6 guests in total and not one of us had a complaint about the house. Thank you brian and andrea for making this a wonderful trip for us!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host made it very comfortable; very engaged yet we had complete privacy. The house is beautiful and the views from each room are breath taking. Highly recommended. Will stay there again.

The hosts are very nice and friendly. We really loved staying with them. The place is also very nice and has a really nice view. It is very quiet surrounded by nature and mountains (on the way down in the car we saw deer and even a fox). The hosts provided us with snacks and coffee and even some flowers on the table. At night you can see many stars in the sky and one night we watched the lightning in the sky (again great view). We stayed here for a conference in Denver and this was a perfect place to get away from all the noise in Denver. We definitely recommend this place.

I rented this place for my son and daughter to stay while attending a family event in Colorado. Jeff and Alice were extremely helpful and responsive in setting up the booking and providing information. When we visited we could see it was a lovely spot. My son reports that it was a "very nice comfy place with great views from multiple rooms!"

They were wonderful hosts. The home was filled with amenities and they were the nicest people. They washed dishes for us and brought us additional coffee later in our stay. The view was gorgeous and the space was well-kept. They gave us some suggestions on things to do in the area and were so friendly. The property was convenient with easy access. Special tuches like host provided treats were nice. Lots of space and lived up to it's listed amenities. It was a great experience staying at this wonderful place. The view was breathtaking, specially in early mornings it was so nice to wake up and see such an amazing scene. the house was perfectly clean and nicely furnished and it was huge and comfortable. Sabina is a great host. Very helpful and respects your privacy. Nice neighborhood and easy access. This was an excellent location to base my hiking and activities from. Other reviews have said there is a bit of noise from the above residence, this is true but not imposing or annoying. I felt very comfortable. I also enjoyed the WIFI. This is a fine place to stay and I will return in the future.

This is a cozy, lovely space with extremely comfortable beds and a fabulous wood-burning stove. The downstairs area feels very private, as it has its own entrance and deck. The deck overlooks the most beautiful mountains ever. The space could accommodate several people, but it was just the three of us. There is a nice clean bathroom and good-sized kitchen. Our host was extremely caring and helpful. She really makes you feel well taken care of! Conifer is very convenient to Denver and has a big grocery store. Also, Conifer is close to Evergreen which has lots of great hikes and a cute downtown. We had a wonderful time staying for just two days!

We had a great time at this apartment. It was tucked away in the mountains, a scenic 10 minute drive from the highway. Sabina checked us in and we didn't even see her for the rest of the stay. We contacted her by text when necessary. She does have two large Golden Retrievers who bark when you come in, but they were friendly. The birdwatching from the deck was amazing and at night the stargazing was better. The apartment was serviceable. There were dishes, and a hot plate to cook with but only one frying pan which made it a little tough. The full size refrigerator came in handy. The sofa and chairs were comfortable, but the master bedroom bed was a little firm. We would definitely stay here again, we loved the tucked away and peaceful feeling of the neighborhood.

I loved this airBNB! This was my first experience and I am glad it was at Sabina's lovely home! We traveled from Utah and didn't leave until after work, so our arrival was quite late (5am), and Sabina was kind enough to leave all of the lights on for us and gave us perfect instructions on how to get into the apartment. We were able to meet her in the morning and she had lots of suggestions on places to eat and hang out. She was very welcoming and laid back the whole time! The apartment is beautiful with some unique pieces of furniture and the views from the deck are amazing! We even had a deer at our window one morning! It was a beautiful experience. The location is about 10-15 minutes off the highway but I thought it was worth it for the views! Great stay, will be visiting again! (:

It was very nice, very cozy. Conifer is a beautiful place and there are great views driving up the mountain to get to the apartment. Sabina was very welcoming and an excellent host!

These retired Vermonters who like to explore and hike made this high mountain retreat 'base camp' for our stay in Conifer. Everything went well and we appreciated having privacy to come and go without disturbing anyone. Sabina said she had two dogs but we didn't see them nor hear them except for occasional pitter patter of puppy paws which was not an issue at all. Quiet neighborhood up in the clouds with a marvelous view. Easy exploring from this location.

We stayed for two nights during late September. Sabina made us feel very welcome. This review is hard to write as she was so nice. The view was beautiful and the location perfect. The apartment was simple. The bathroom was very nice and the rest of the apartment was okay. Needed a few more simple pots and pans in the kitchen. We did have an issue with small crickets and many small spiders. I know it is fall and they were looking for somewhere warm, but we ended up taking several of the spiders with us to our next place. I feel badly having to state these things, but as a strong user of reviews to make decisions, I felt I had to be perfectly honest as I would have wanted to know these things. If she can get the 'bug' problem resolved, this would have been an okay place for us to stay.

Sabina was an excellent host, and her place was comfy and quiet. I enjoyed heating the place up with the wood-burning stove, and it was nice to know there were other heating options in case my fire starting skills failed. The shower got nice and hot in the bright bathroom. The view of the snow-capped mountains against the blue sky in the morning was amazing! At about 9000 feet, the air was much cooler (and thinner) than the metro area. The road to the house was paved nearly all the way, and the short distance on dirt is smooth and well maintained. Great place for fans of living in the Colorado Rockies!

Beverly and her husband were great hosts. The apartment was clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Beverly's place is just as it's described and the positive reviews are spot on! She gets you when you pull up with her two pups, very smiley and walks you through the place. She's very available but gives you all the space you need. It is about a 10 min drive to any commercial place, but if you're looking for secluded, quiet place in mountain neighborhood, this is perfect! She has treats and snacks in the frig, all kitchen things you need, including spices and basic cooking needs. Amazing jacuzzi tub, comfy beds, large patio (if not too cold) to sit out on, and cozy quaint living room with gas fire place.

Beverly and Skip are spectacular hosts. They're friendly and genuinely kind. The apartment is not only well-equipped, it's inviting and felt very much like a home away from home. We were so impressed.

Beverly was great in her communication, and let us know that her husband Skip would be there to greet us. We got a bit lost on the way and Skip gave us great directions, and greeted us with true warmth and hospitality! The apartment is beautiful-/even prettier than the pictures. We loved all the attention taken to provide for our comfortable stay: hard boiled eggs and banana muffins (yummy) chips and salsa ; soda and chocolate!! I got a headache and we didn't have any pain medicine, and we looked in medicine chest and there was a complete pharmacy!! It was great!! The beds are very comfortable too! Beverly and Skip's retreat is absolutely beautiful! We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the mountain view and watching several deer graze by. When we were finished hiking we would soak our bodies in the hot tub and watch the sunset over the mountain. Beverly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The fridge was fully stocked with all kinds of breakfast goodies. For lunch and dinner there were plenty of restaurants nearby with river, lake and mountain views to enjoy. The location is close to just about everything. We are already planning to stay again in the future. Thanks Bev and Skip!

Maggie was so friendly and hospitable. She treated my fiance and I as if we were her guests, not just customers. She'll greet you with a big hug and a smile. She really made us feel at home. Her house was up in the mountains with gorgeous views. My fiance and I even took a morning hike through the forest. It's great for privacy and getting away from the hustle and bustle of Denver but definitely still within a reasonable travel distance if you want to eat or attend activities downtown. John & Pamela's place was by far my best AirBNB experience to date! The pictures online do not do this place justice, especially when it comes to the views. This place has everything you need and more! The second you walk in you feel at home. Very neat, warm and cozy. Going to sleep under stars and waking up to the sun coming up over the mountains makes this a top choice! If you happen to find this place available, TAKE IT! You will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I stayed at John and Pamela's carriage house for only two days, but we enjoyed every second of it! The house is very cozy, warm and more than spacious for two people. The views from the back porch are gorgeous and a perfect way to wake up! John and Pamela are very hospitable and respectful hosts. Pamela stayed in touch with me for several weeks before my stay, keeping me updated on the weather and the road conditions (I've never driven in snow before and was worried about getting up to the ranch, but it turned out to be very easy, even with several inches of snow!). Bella Vista Ranch is a beautiful property! The carriage house provides a private, spacious place to stay with a beautiful view. My boyfriend and I stayed at Bella Vista as a weekend getaway and it provided everything we needed. Pamela and John were great hosts that answered all of our questions and took the time to show us their horses.

Elle nous a donné quelques conseils sur la place, a demandé si nous avions des questions, et nous a dit de ne pas hésiter à communiquer avec elle si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit du tout. Il était comme elle l'avait dit précédemment, ils sont plus qu'heureux d'apprendre à connaître leurs clients un peu mieux ou vous pouvez avoir votre intimité. La maison elle-même est à un niveau supérieur avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. Dès que nous avons placé nos sacs à l'intérieur, nous sommes revenus à prendre dans la vue et il y avait une famille de cerfs broutent pas, mais 20 pieds. Il y avait abondance de la faune à voir durant tout le séjour. La maison était extrêmement confortable et quel endroit il était. Il était énorme! Cuisine complète, salle de bain élégante avec un jacuzzi et une cheminée pour vous garder bien au chaud. la maison de John et Pamela était beaucoup plus que nous l'avions espéré et ils étaient d'excellents hôtes. Nous étions déjà discuté quand nous pouvions revenir pour un autre séjour alors que nous partions. Si vous voulez un endroit loin de la ville afin que vous puissiez reposer et se détendre, vous l'avez trouvé. Je ne pouvais plus recommander vivement cet hôtel.

La maison de transport est décrit comme rustique, pittoresque, romantique et confortable. Nous avions conduit environ 16 heures pour se rendre à la maison, nous étions arrivés tôt et ils ont travaillé dur pour obtenir la maison nettoyée et prêt des clients précédents afin que nous puissions vérifier au début. Le processus d'enregistrement était très simple et direct. Il y a des tonnes d'informations sur la maison et la zone tout à travers les espaces de vie. Les hôtes sont très gentils et sont disponibles à toute demande. Notre temps passé avec leurs chevaux était magique, surtout pour mon fiancé. Nous recommandons cet endroit à tout le monde qui est à la recherche d'une escapade isolée avec une vue imprenable, beauté naturelle brute, et l'abondance de la faune.

Wendy and the Somers family invited Carrie and me in with a hot cup of tea -- just the beginning to the warmness we received at the spacious, beautiful B&B. The room is cozy and quaint and has all of the luxuries you need: a million pillows, an electric blanket, plenty of water and an incredible view out of the windows. We liked it so much we stayed another night, and I got the neat chance to go help their eldest son with some chores at a neighbor's farm -- complete with llamas and goats. Had only positive experience, including the wonderful labradoodle Elsa who is a fluffy doll. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfy, welcoming, scenic private room in the western Denver area.

This place is truly a hidden treasure. It has great scenery and landscaping. Close to Denver or small towns. The house is very unique and cozy. The bed was very comfortable equipped with an electric blanket. I quickly became friends with the family and they invited me in as one of their own immediately. My daughter McKayla stayed with Wendy and her family and absolutely loved it. They were very welcoming and warm hosts. They made her feel right at home. They made a great breakfast too! She would definitely stay with this host again and recommend it to others. Two thumbs up!!
