Excellent cuisine for brunch, lunch or dinner! Unique dishes that satisfy your appetite. I have not had a bad meal here! Try the tomato bisque and the grilled cheese with bacon and avocado! But everything is delicious

Excellent Italian subs! And don't miss the BBQ special every Friday! I love their NC style! The Greek salad is also very good. Nice patio seating if the weather is nice.

Highly recommend the food here. There are now three locations. Closest to the house is on 13th Street about 5 minutes away. Don't let appearances fool you! It looks like a gas station/convenience store but they serve up some of the best authentic Mexican food in the city! Go Wednesday afternoon for the burrito lunch special and see if you can finish off their gigantic burrito! Locals secret place for Mexican grub!

Luigi's is another long standing restaurant in Roanoke! They've been established here for decades and have a quaint upscale atmosphere, but feel free to go casual. Food is delicious and service is top notch.

It's a great neighborhood place to catch a movie, walking distance from the house (10-15 minutes), and plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner before or after the movie

A short drive from the house (15 minutes) and you can see the famous Roanoke star! The view of the city is beautiful and peaceful from up there. While you're there, you can stroll over to the zoo and catch some wild life.
