Neighborhoods
Although some might argue, we consider OTE the coolest of the downtown neighborhoods. It is filled with many beautiful, unique homes built between the late 1800's and early 1900's. This neighborhood has really thrived in the past 10 years and has become a destination for food and fun. We are located in a prime spot for walking to many of the highlights of the neighborhood including Franklin Park and Conservatory with gorgeous plantings, walking paths and of course the Conservatory filled with exotic plants and art.
