Open all day for coffee until very late at night for drinks and dancing. If you like good rock / alternative music and tasty coctails you will have a nice evening until early in the morning, especially on weekends. And the best is that you are only 50m away from home, so no need to worry for drink consumption! Occasionally there are live performances by greek musicians that worth a visit.

Sightseeing
The Palamidi fortress is a sight you should't miss. If you feel adventurous we recommend taking the 1000 steps uphill. It should take about 20 minutes to half an hour to reach the main gate. During ascendance you will enjoy the most beautiful view of Nafplio and Acronafplia hill. It is also a beautiful walk after sunset to enjoy a night scene of Naflpio (although Palamidi castle is closed in the afternoon). The inside of the castle will reward you as well. After descendance we recommend a fresh juice or a cold beer at the cafe-bar "Kontrabasso" at the base of the steps. For those who do not want to use the steps there is access by car - take the road to Karathona.

The path will lead you to Arvanitia beach where you can enjoy swimming with the most beautiful view of Palamidi fortress and Arvanitia walls, although it may be crowded especially during August.

The permanent exhibition starts from the remotest pre-historical exhibit to the period of antiquity, demonstrating the walk and the mark of every civilization setting foot in Argolida Prefecture. The museum's most exquisite piece of archaeological finds still remains to be the Bronze Suit Armor of Dendra region.
